Raw Kelp (1 oz)
Raw kelp, a brown seaweed, is naturally rich in magnesium, potassium, calcium, iodine and iron. It also contains sodium alginates, which remove heavy metals. Eaten raw or roasted, kelp is delicious in soups or can be used as a condiment on all kinds of foods. It is generally recommended to take only 2-3 grams a day of kelp, because it is so nutrient dense.
