Facts About Seaweed

Seaweed is a mineral-rich gift from the sea. It 

  1.  is the most nutrient dense food on our planet.

  3.  is light-weight, yet rich in minerals and protein. 

  4.  stores well in a glass jar for months without refrigeration and

  5. is also a great source of magnesium, a mineral vital to our overall health and emotional well-being.


Know your seaweed source; Make sure to only eat raw seaweed that is hand-harvested from protected coves to insure purity and protection of the ecosystem. 


How much seaweed do we eat, is a very important question? 

Seaweed is so packed with vitamins, minerals and proteins that a little goes a long way. Essentially one should eat about 2 -3 grams a day.
