Magnesium Oil Medium (16 fl oz)

Magnesium Oil is a sea water extract containing 32% of magnesium chloride.  Magnesium, missing from most of our foods today, is widely recognized as an essential element for over-all health.  One of the most effective ways to absorb magnesium in the body is to apply the oil directly to the skin.  This jar of magnesium oil can be used in a bath or foot soak.  Pour 4-6 oz of the magnesium oil into a bath or 2-4 oz into a tub with  warm water and large enough to hold both feet.  Soak your body or feet for 20-30 minutes.
