Crunchy Kelp Cashews (Small, 1.8 oz)

Our magnesium-rich cashews are certified as Fair Trade ensuring that the cashews are harvested and processed in a sustainable manner to both the workers and the environment.  The cashews are soaked in filtered water and mineral-rich seaweed from a protected cove in Maine.  Our sprouting process makes the cashews easier to digest and their nutrients more readily available to the body. The cashews are then gently dried for several days to preserve all the nutrients and then hand-packed in glass jars.  The result is a delicious, crispy and healthy treat that can also complement any meal or salad.
