They are carefully soaked in raw Himalayan crystal salt and in kelp, hand-harvested from a protected cove in Maine. The soaking process is used to make the Almonds easier to digest and to make the nutrients more available to the body. The Almonds are then dehydrated at low temperatures. The result is a sweet, crispy and healthy treat that can also complement any meal or salad.
