Raw Nori (1 oz)
Nori is purple in color and has the highest level of Vitamin B of all seaweeds. It is also rich in protein and Vitamins A, C and E. Its complex flavor is both nutty and sweet. Eaten raw or roasted, nori is a great addition to soups or can be used as a condiment. It is generally recommended to take only 2-3 grams a day of nori, because it is so nutrient dense.
